Saw a great post by Perry Noble today on his blogspot. Perry discusses the importance of leaders staying connected to three groups of people:

(1) Those who are where we were.
(2) Those who are where we are now.
(3) Those who are where we want to be.

Going to be making some changes this week.
Need to do a much better job of keeping these three around me at all times.
