Job Titles.
Ever seen a church ministry employee with a strange or rather elongated job title? I’ve seen a few. Some seem to get longer every day.
For example: Overseer Of Church Aseptic Environments.
Translation: church janitor.
Found an interesting article in Forbes about how some companies, instead of providing higher salaries for their employees, tend to create more in-depth job titles to boost morale. Problem is with doing so is that some people can take their titles way too seriously.
