If I am correct, I am very familiar with the feeling. Most working people can equate it to having those frequent directors' meetings in office spaces. Too many meetings with little time to use the information and make the changes discussed in the meetings begin to make you "full" of information and "empty" of accomplishment or success. I'm interested in Milan's feedback though.
