Color Bars.
As I was preparing to leave for work on today, I flipped through a few channels and just became sick. Sick of the poor quality of religious programming a few of these networks continue to offer to those unbelievers who may be watching.
I’d name the networks but don’t think it would be too strategic right now.
I’m not sure about it just yet, but don’t be surprised if I start a small campaign next year to raise funds in order to buy out about 30 minutes worth of silence on one of these networks.
Thinking of just throwing up the color bars. You remember those, don’t you?
They came up every time the network ran out of content. A great reminder that it was either time to turn the set off, or it was time to wake up. Think it’s time to do a little bit of both.
Look out for some color bars very soon…

I can almost think of some of the networks you’re referring to.
lol.
Read your devotional on Streaming Faith. That was insightful word. Now let us see and hear what these national preachers are going to coin for this New Year. It never fails no one talks about the SIN part of the word of God just how wonderful it is. No one is talking about the wages of sin is still death. No one is trying to make a real difference when it comes to network religious programming it is like watching entertainment television. Now the word network tries to put on quality programming, I still get blessed watching the late Bishop G.E. Patterson though he is gone his message still holds true even today. So I will be looking out for those color bars real soon. I know that one station that you are talking about needs a time out they are like use car saleman of the past pushy pushy. By the way one more thing, why do preachers have to fit there message in a form of giving to this network, “we want say the name of” so people feel the need to be blessed they have to give to this network and the preachers have to form there message around that thought. Only if you tithe in your local church faithfully then you will still have the promise of God’s blessing. Until next time you be blessed.
Oh the color bars. How appropriate. This was brilliant. Very few words. The picture punctuated your message and we got the message, loud and clear.
Ford!!!!! Good Stuff!!!! Lack of content, color bars, I so dig it all.
I agree. I’ve come to a point where I’m thirsty for knowledge. Turning off the television and allowing GOD to teach me is the only way to fulfill that desire.
