Get a DVR or Tevo so you can watch TV with your wife. Record the shows, pick which ones you both want to watch, and fast forward through the commercials. She can watch her shows when you are blogging. We both have our computer in our lap to catch up on an email or research what is being said on TV. You have now have time with your wife even though you will need time to focus on what her needs are without the TV.
